Training
Multi-sport is the way we love to train and we will show you why training is not boaring, advantage to practice various even if you are a runner, multi-sport helps you to envoid enjuries. Also, you will see different kinds of intensity training because it not usefull to be full time race pace or all the time tourism pace !
Discover
Tenerife Island is an amazing place to train with such various landscape to enjoy ; Mountain, rain forest, desert, moon style, costaering, canyon, mediteranean forest, flat or tough ocean ....
Food
You will test many tropical fruits and vegetables you haven't seen before, learn how we built our Permaculture garden, enjoy our veggies production, discover the speciality from the island.
Eco friendly living
We want to engage ourself in nature protection so we setup all we can to protect the planet. We run on solar panel energy, we recycle our water for watering our garden, we compost all our fruit and veggy piels, we have dry toilet,we create our permaculture garden with fruit trees & vegetables, we use a solar water heater, we are not 0 waste but we try to go to !
